wow perhaps we aint as left as we thought we were....
although thats the australian scale.. if it were an American test we would be off the chart left ;)
Its easyer than any quiz the simple question is Do i believe in social justice or do i believe in the "Rich get Richer" princiable???? also dare i say the reasion that you are not as left wing as you feel is because of the question about gays getting married and the way the right wing church as tryed to push its views onto the public ..... I feel they have forgoten the fact that you have free will to become a follower of christ and not be inforced on you by a goverment body .. you see thats what the musulms had with the Taliban rule and somehow that is spose to be evil but if the Aussie goverments trys to inflict christian views on its population then its somhow not evil.... intresting dont you think
I'm centre, slightly right.

i think u might be suprised by my thoughts on that ;)
Ok suprise me what are your thoughts? Is being gay a sin? s gays getting married a sin? sorry to suggest that i might know how you think ( how rude of me) So can I marry my girlfriend in your church (if i had a girlfriend) or are your thoughts diffrent to the dogma of your church? and is that a sin in itself to not follow the dogma of your church? something about respecting G_ds appointed leaders?? OH and also are my comments welcome here or should i take them else where i never know if bloggers like comments or not ?
well let me give you this little story.
If my goal is to drive from melbourne to perth... and i find myself at an intersection in far north queensland that shows one way to yeppon and one to cairns ....
I shouldnt be asking the question "Which way should I go" i should be asking the questions "What the hell am i doing in queensland anyway???"
i belive the goal of the Christian life is to Love God and Love others...
wether homosexuals should have civil ceremonys or not is queensland
As far as politics go...
I ended up center - so the family first party :-) Center was what I'd picked, but FFP was way out of my mind. I was left-er on the economic and social policy, right-er on the values.
I wonder if this matches FFP or someone else though - and whether I should be voting on the basis of values or eco/social policy.
You know, one of my friends was doing an assignment on whether they (Family First) were a church party or not. I think it's kinda obvious.
